How many teams can be photographed per hour?
All Photo Day procedures are organized to both for fun, as well as to maximize efficiency.
RJHogga Photography can photograph 4 to 6 teams per camera per hour.
FYI: On Photo Day, RJHogga Photography will provide all the necessary support staff, 6 to 7 people
for two camera setups. We stay on schedule!
Once the pictures have been taken, how soon are they available to the participants? Photographs are consistently delivered within 4 weeks of Photo Day, our turn-around time is essential. .
How are the pictures delivered to the customer? Orders are packaged in individual envelopes with each team bundled for ease of distribution. Photographs are personally delivered or shipped to the organization via US Mail.
Are sports that are played outdoors photographed outdoors? RJHogga Photography as well as many parents, feel that sporting activities should be photographed in the environment in which they are played. Canopies will be used for outdoor shooting, as this allows us to photograph under most weather conditions with no compromise to the quality of your photographs.
Occasionally pictures don't turn out, What if our child blinks?
We review all photographs before they are delivered. This assures you that we are making every attempt to identify any problems. If problem is spotted, we will promptly contact the customer to remedy the situation.
Does your business maintain regular office hours to handle customer questions and concerns?
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Also, we generally are in the office before and after normal hours and on weekends. We do have a voice mail system which is monitored on a regular basis. Every effort is made to return phone messages the same day they are received. We also try to make contact in the evenings if the customer cannot be reached during the day. You are also welcome to contact us by e-mail, or use the contact form on this website.
Do you offer a product guarantee?
Every customer is entitled to an assurance of quality. We do ask that you check your spelling as data is entered EXACTLY as it appears on the order forms.
How do you assure the accuracy of orders?
We use equipment that is optimized for heavy volume photography processing. All orders are referenced on film directly below their image, allowing RJHogga Photography as well as our lab to process the order quickly and accurately
Team Package Delivery:
Approximately 4 weeks following your teams picture day, each team players order will be delivered to the team coach. The team coach will distribute each package to the team player, or to the players parent or guardian.
Should your team require alternate delivery plans, simply contact us for assistance.
Direct shipping is also available for a small fee.
